The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a mesoporous silica material having a pore structure of a hexagonal and cubic structure in a manufacturing process at room temperature. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a mesoporous silica material comprises the steps of: (a) mixing H_2O and EtOH at a constant rate; (b) adding a surfactant in a solution of the H_2O and EtOH mixed at a constant rate; (c) stirring for a certain period of time as adding a precursor of the mesoporous silica material in step (b); (d) stirring for a certain period of time as adding an ammonia solution to the solution stirred in step (c); (e) cleaning and drying after filtering a material synthesized in step (d); and (f) plasticizing after step (e).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
