Disclosed in the present invention is a disk mold to cast a cobalt (Co)-chrome (Cr)-molybdenum (Mo) alloy which is a disk mold (100) to manufacture a disk block of a Co-Cr-Mo alloy. The disk mold comprises: a cup (110) which is wedge shaped with a diameter getting smaller towards a bottom, and a molten metal injected to the cup; a first gate (120) connected with the bottom of the cup (110) in order to play a role of a filtering net for the primary impurities during an initial pouring; a plurality of second gates (130a, 130b, 130c) vertically connected with the bottom of the first gate (120), and is vertically connected with the cup (110) for communicating where the molten metal is injected after passing the first gate (120); a plurality of disk gates (160a, 160b, 160c) positioned on both sides of the plurality of second gates (130a, 130b, 130c) in order to face each other where a disk block of the Co-Cr-Mo alloy is cast by injecting the molten metal which has passed the second gates (130a, 130b, 130c); and a plurality of core gates (140a, 140b, 140c) which connect the plurality of second gates (130a, 130b, 130c) with the disk gates (160a, 160b, 160c) respectively such that the molten metal which has passed the second gates (130a, 130b, 130c) can be injected into the disk gates (160a, 160b, 160c), and are connected with a central unit of the disk gates (160a, 160b, 160c).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
