The present invention relates to an electrofluorescence devices comprising electro-active infrared fluorescent compounds or a mixture composed thereof and an electrolyte, wherein power source which can induce electrical oxidation and reduction is selectively supplied to switch infrared fluorescence, thereby modulating infrared light-emitting signals. The low voltage-driven infrared signal-modulating device of the present invention is driven under a voltage of 3 V or less, thereby being applicable for an infrared biosensor, an infrared security signal generator and infrared signal disturbance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
