The present invention relates to a structure of a single fuel cell for a redox flow battery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the structure of a single fuel cell for a redox flow battery comprises a flow frame, a bipolar plate (BP), a felt and a separation membrane, wherein the flow frame has a first side groove formed on one side thereof with first preset depth and a second side groove on the other side thereof with second preset depth; the bipolar plate has a thickness equal to the first preset depth; the felt has a thickness equal to the second preset depth; and the separation membrane is formed on one side of the felt, wherein the bipolar plate is inserted into the inner side of the flow frame by making a upper end of the bipolar plate come in contact with a upper end of the first side groove and making a lower end of the bipolar plate come in contact with a lower end of the first side groove; and the felt is inserted into the inner side of the flow frame by making a upper end of the felt come in contact with a upper end of the second side groove and making a lower end of the felt come in contact with a lower end of the second side groove.
