The present invention relates to a method for estimating a relative depth by using focus information. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: disposing an object on an XY stage, and obtaining an image while moving a camera in a Z-axis direction; calculating a focus value by using the obtained image information; estimating two regular focuses by using the calculated focus value; and estimating a relative depth by using a difference between the regular focuses. According to the present invention, provided is an effect in estimating a depth more precisely and effectively by using the method for estimating a relative depth by using focus information.
