The present invention relates to an oil-vapor separator and, more specifically, to an oil-vapor separator, which can reduce energy use, and which comprises: a hood (20) arranged on a frying device (10); a funnel (25) connected to a heat exchange box (30), and oil-vapor introduced to the heat exchange box (30); a plurality of heat exchange pipes (40) arranged on the heat exchange box (30), connected to an exhaust hole (50), and installed on a distributor (60); a plurality of holes (61) formed on the distributor (60) coupled to one end of the heat exchange pipe (40), respectively, connected an inhalation pipe (70) on the distributor (60), and divided an inhalation pipe (70) into a first dividing pipe (71) and a second dividing pipe (72); the first dividing pipe (71) and the second dividing pipe (72) selectively opened and shut by a switching valve (80); cold air in a cooling device (90) supplied to the inhalation pipe (70); a ventilation pipe (100) installed on a heat exchange box (30); a plurality of holes (101) formed on the ventilation pipe (100) coupled to the other end of the heat exchange pipe (40), respectively, connected an exhaust pipe (110) on the ventilation pipe (100); and a hose (125) of an oil collecting tank (120) with a collection unit (31).
