The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a lateral-flow immuno-colorimetric chip using protease-like catalytic activity of an inorganic nanoparticle and, more specifically, to a method for immobilizing an antibody capable of detecting an analyte on a nanoparticle of iron oxide (Fe_3O_4) and platinum (Pt) and amplifying a colorimetric signal by applying the same to an enzyme-substrate reaction, and to a lateral-flow immuno-colorimetric chip manufactured thereby. The chip can be applied to a manufacture of a biochip capable of detecting a component substance with high sensitivity using the chip. According to the present invention, the lateral-flow immuno-colorimetric chip is configured for the presence of an enzyme-mimic inorganic nanoparticle labeled with a detection antibody in a binding part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
