According to the present invention, a metal film forming device for a PMF comprises: a supply roll unit supplying a PMF; a polishing unit removing a portion of a metal layer provided to a surface of the supplied PMF in order to form a metal pattern; and a recovery roll unit recovering a polishing completed PMF. According to the present invention, a forming process of the metal pattern is continuously performed with a back and forth process by a simple configuration during the manufacturing process of the PMF in order to improve manufacturing efficiency of the PMF.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
