The present invention relates to a heat exchanger (100) wherein a high temperature fluid flows inside a heat exchange tube, air flows through an outer lateral surface of the heat exchange tube, and thereby heat of the fluid moves to air and the fluid is cooled. The heat exchanger (100) comprises: multiple distribution headers (20) including at least one fluid inlet and multiple distribution holes (21); multiple collection headers (30) including at least one fluid outlet and multiple collection holes (31); and multiple tubes (11) wherein a high temperature fluid is passing through and flowing in an internal space. One end of each tube (11) is connected to the distribution hole (21) of each distribution header (20), and the other end of each tube (11) is connected to the collection hole (31) of each collection header, and thereby multiple heat exchange tube passes (10) are formed. The fluid inlet (22) of the distribution headers (20) of the heat exchange tube pass arranged in the top among the heat exchange tube passes is connected to a fluid supply pipe, and the fluid outlet (32) of the collection header (30) of the heat exchange tube pass arranged in the bottom among the heat exchange tube passes is connected to a fluid discharge pipe.
