The present invention relates to insertion-type composite implants for treating cranial cruciate ligament rupture, which is the most common injury of dogs and a surgical technique using the same and, more specifically, to a surgical technique in which an operating procedure is fast and simple and increases safety of the insertion-type implants while formation of bones takes place inside an osteogenesis-inducing part when inserting the implants in a section of the fractured bone through the osteogenesis-inducing part of the insertion-type implants. The present invention comprises: a tibia supporting part of supporting the tibia by inserting the implants in a cut portion of tibia to be treated of cranial cruciate ligament rupture which occurs among animals excluding humans; and the osteogenesis-inducing part which induces bone to be regenerated internally. The tibia supporting part has a shape of a wedge having an inclined plane of a funnel shape in a rectangular body, and the osteogenesis-inducing part has porous bodies attached to the inclined plane of the tibia supporting part wherein a plurality of micropores are formed in the porous bodies.
