The present invention relates to a composite microbe formulation for a probiotic feed and, more specifically, to a composite microbe formulation for a probiotic feed comprising strain MR-1 (Accession No.: KCTC12386BP) which includes: Bacillus sp. strain derived from bean water, Corynebacterium sp. strain, Sporolactobacillus sp. strain, Lactobacillus sp. strain, Burkholderia sp. strain, Mesorhizobium sp. strain, Sphingomonas sp. strain, Pseudomonas sp. strain, and Methylobacterium sp. strain; Gluconobacter sp. strain derived from molasses, Lysinibacillus sp. strain, Pichia sp. strain, Bacillus sp. strain, and Lactobacillus sp. strain; Micrococcus sp. strain derived from Zizania latifolia; and Acetobacter sp. strain derived from rice. The composite microbe formulation according to the present invention enables microbes to survive from a high heat application by including thermal resistant strains and shows effect of increasing body weight gain by including acid resistant strain, performing function properly in an intestine, therefore increasing feed consumption by animals.
