The present invention relates to a method for producing a complex function grain fermentation composition containing a sugar nutrient added complex microbe mixture culture medium for promoting growth of microbes, wherein provided is a method for producing a complex functional culture medium made by the following steps: producing a culture medium containing a sugar nutrient for promoting proliferation of microbes; culturing useful microbes for fermenting a sugar source in two steps by using a sugar nutrient culture medium; supplying the sugar nutrient culture medium to produce a complex microbe activated culture medium having verified usefulness and safety, promoting and activating proliferation of various kinds of mixed complex microbes to enhance activation rate and survival rate, and realizing a complex synergy effect showing strong power by coupling different fungi; and mixing one or more sugar source as a grain processing byproduct such as defatted rice bran, soybean husk and rice bran with a complex microbe culture medium, and fermenting the mixture. Therefore, content of nutrients is enhanced and digestion and absorption rate is remarkably improved because of effectiveness caused by nutrients owned by the sugar source and activated complex useful microbes to enhance an immunity function of an animal and a human body and help skin health and intestine health, thereby solving nutrient imbalance and improving health for modern men.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
