SPENT RESIN RECYCLING SYSTEM USING ROLLING

The present invention relates to a system for recycling a waste resin generated in an injection nozzle in an injection-molding operation. More specifically, the present invention can recycle the waste resin instead of disposing the waste resin caused by the waste resin being difficult to be crushed due to the thickness or selling in a cheap price for waste resin. In a small facility, approximately 40 kg of waste resin is generated in a mold a day while a mold used in a large facility can generate 100-200 kg of waste resin a day. 20kg of the novel resin material has the selling prices of 250 thousand Korean won (KRW) on an ABS basis. The waste resin in a mold has the value of 500 thousands to 5 million KRW. The number increases significantly when the number of molds increases. The waste resin generated in the injection nozzle has a high temperature and is hardened when left at a room temperature without being handled. The present invention can recycle the waste resin through decreasing the thickness of the waste resin in the range of 1-3 mm by using a commonly used roller, thereby adjusting the waste resin to have a wanted thickness.
