The present invention provides a guide RNA capable of recognizing AAVS1 in an MDCK II cell, a composition including the same, and a method for preparing an MDCK II cell line capable of stably expressing a foreign gene by using the same. When the present invention is used, the foreign gene can be stably expressed in the MDCK II cell line, which is an established cell line of a dog. Therefore, the guide RNA, the composition, and the method can be advantageously used for researches for the purposes of diagnosis and treatment using genes and furthermore can be used to produce a cell line, which expresses protein useful for humans.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
