The present invention relates to a polyethylene/wood powder/waste tire rubber powder composite and, more specifically, to a polyethylene/wood powder/waste tire rubber powder composite which can markedly improve impact resistance by supplementing impact strength of an existing wood-plastic composite by adding the waste tire rubber powder to a wood-plastic composite (WPC) which is weak to an external impact, and is extensively applicable to a wood-plastic composite market requiring impact resistance by having excellent elasticity and elongation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
