AIRPLANE MAINTENANCE PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are an airplane maintenance process control system, which performs standard process management, process management, check card input, component replacement, the whole list, and the standardization of a work document for equipment, components and the like included in the airplane, and a control method therefor. The airplane maintenance process control system comprises: a process management generation unit for managing a work schedule and establishing a work process and the work schedule in accordance with the standard process; a check card output unit for generating check cards of the work process, generated in the process management generation unit, as one file and outputting the same; a work result confirmation unit for confirming a work result in the check cards outputted from the check card output unit; and the check card management unit for managing a work document history by scanning a check card confirmed by the work result confirmation unit and converting the same into a file. The method can improve the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of maintenance management by accumulating records using a barcode and a QR code at a work site by generating the barcode and the QR code in each component, each process, and the like of the airplane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
