Current waveforms and sequence control system of microprocessor-controlled short cycle stud welding converter

摘要

The applied conditions of stud welding on on body of automobile,and the current waveforms and sequence con-trol techniques which are set to meet the quality of stud welding in car body,are introduced in this paper.The realiz-ing method of current waveforms and sequence control based on microprocessor are also discussed in detail,The waveformsof output welding current and voltage are measured.It is proved that the techniques including current waveforms & se-quence control can successfully meet the demand of automobile stud welding.
