The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for reconstructing a CT image from a sparse object. The method of the present invention sets an image initial value on a subject, which is a sparse object, as non-negative; acquires projection data from the image initial value based on Radon transform; acquires a first back-projection image by performing inverse Radon transform of the projection data; acquires a second back-projection image by performing inverse Radon transform of the value of shooting of X-ray on the subject; and acquires a CT image through proportion calculation from the first back-projection image and the second back-projection image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
