The present invention introduces a snack for a companion dog and cat and a manufacturing method of a snack for the companion dog and cat, wherein the snack optimally comprises meat protein, meat fat, and water-soluble vitamin which is easy to be lost in the conventional feed for commercial use. The snack for the companion dog and cat can be manufactured by mixing a ratio of 70.77 wt% of meat, 14.15 wt% of vitamin premix, 2.12 wt% of glucose, 7.08 wt% of glycerin, 5.66 wt% of propylene glycol, and 0.22 wt% of a preservative.
