The present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a protein fibril. The method in the present invention ensures to control conformation of a synthesized fibril based on the number of a thermal cycle, and to efficiently synthesize the protein fibril by accelerating growth of the protein fibril by means of a thermal cycling effect which repetitively applies a thermal energy in accordance with a temperature change in a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) apparatus.
