The present invention relates to a substance circulation of multiple queen bees and a method for caring bees using light after isolating queen bees. A queen bee substance (chloroform) moves up in the center of a honeycomb hole because of lightening when highly heating and expanding inside the honeycomb hole. High heat outside the honeycomb hole because of becoming weighty when cooling a folding pipe goes down to the bottom side of a bee hive and chloroform simultaneously circulates upwardly and downwardly. Multiple queen bees maintain a swarm of bees because working bees which sniff substance of multiple queen bees and distinguish queen bees by smell serve multiple queen bees. Multiple queen bees moves when radiating light because evading light.
