A wearable sensing device may comprise: a bio sensor sheet covering a part of a front chest and back chest around an axillar (armpit) as the center; and a biosensor control unit connected to the biosensor sheet and located at the bottom of the back chest. The bio sensor sheet is configured to measure one or more bio-signals among the electrocardiogram, the heart rate, the body temperature, the pulse, the electromyogram, the blood pressure, and the respiration volume. A wearable sensing device, and a bio-data management and emergency situation detection method using the same, according to the present invention, enable a small number of staffs to rapidly determine whether there is any problem in the health of invalids who are being cared for in a nursing/protective facility and whether an emergency situation occurs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
