The present invention provides a mixed liquid fertilizer and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention manufactures the mixed liquid fertilizer by the method comprising: a step (S110) for preparing fine particles of sericite by pulverizing the sericite into fine particles and collecting the same of 300-400 mesh; an aqueous solution treating step (S120) for mixing 10 parts by weight of the fine particles of the sericite and 20-40 parts by weight of water and stirring the same for 2-3 hours, and then collecting a supernatant; a sericite aqueous solution concentrating step (S130) for primarily filtering the supernatant and then secondarily filtering and concentrating the same; and a concentrate post-processing step (S140) for collecting a final liquid fertilizer by putting 0.5-5 parts by weight of microalgae with respect to 100 parts by weight of the concentrated sericite aqueous solution. The microalgae is cultured using various kinds of domestic sewage created from civilized and industrialized regions as a nutrition source, and using the microalgae obtained through a photobioreactor is desirable. The present invention can provide a plant with various minerals, especially calcium, sodium, iron, etc which are insufficiently contained in soil, and provide the plant with organic nutrients such as proteins and lipids from the microalgae, which could not be supplied by the conventional liquid fertilizers, and vitamins at the same time.
