The present invention relates to an optic fiber lightening-type emergency escape guide system combined to an announcement. More specifically, the optic fiber lightening-type emergency escape guide system combined to an announcement can be convenient in maintenance of a device by controlling optical fibers, corresponding to each of LEDs of an LED set, used as a light source, one by one by a control unit, to guide an exit direction; and can simplify a configuration of the entire device by controlling the LED set included in a LED light source distributor electronically using the control unit. Particularly, the optic fiber lightening-type emergency escape guide system combined to the announcement comprises speakers formed in a building with regular intervals, and the speakers are controlled to guide the exit direction. Therefore, the optic fiber lightening-type emergency escape guide system combined to the announcement can guide the exit direction through lightening and announcement even when evacuees cannot recognize light or has narrow vision in the emergency, thereby reducing damage due to disaster.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
