The present invention relates to a gene scanner for comparing and analyzing electrochemical detection signals and, more specifically, to a gene scanner which can identify species and a place of origin of fish and shellfish by amplifying a target gene and then hybridizing the target gene and a gene probe on a gene scanning chip, in which different kinds of gene probes are fixated; and comparing differences in electrochemical signals before and after the hybridization using an electrochemical method. Accordingly, the gene scanner for comparing and analyzing electrochemical detection signals comprises: a gene amplification module for amplifying a target gene; a gene transfer module for transferring the target gene from a gene amplification tube to a gene scanning chip; a gene hybridization module for hybridizing the target gene and a gene probe fixated in the gene scanning chip; a gene scan module for measuring electrochemical detection signals from the hybridized gene and comparing the same; a control display module for comparing and analyzing an interpretation result and displaying the same in a display unit; a control system module for controlling components of the modules; and a case in which the modules are accommodated.
