The present invention relates to a method for reducing a graphite oxide by high voltage application, which comprises: a sample preparation step (S1) of preparing a graphite oxide sample for reducing a graphite oxide; a sample alignment step (S2) of positioning the graphite oxide sample prepared in the sample preparation step (S1) between two electrodes to which high voltage can be applied; and a high voltage application step (S3) of applying high voltage between the two electrodes. Therefore, the present invention: simply reduces various kinds of graphite oxide samples by applying high voltage to the graphite oxide under conditions of high temperature, high humidity and high pressure by using a voltage supply device easy to apply high voltage; has excellent economic efficiency through minimization of costs required for reducing the graphite oxide, since a vacuum chamber, high temperature, environment gas, and a light source are unnecessary by reducing the graphite oxide using only high voltage application; uniformly reduces the entire graphite oxide; and enhances performance of the sample as a film type graphite oxide sample is simply reduced at a high reduction level in the sample preparation and postprocessing steps.
