The present invention relates to a method for collecting and quantifying a host-based virus by a collision method. The purpose is to provide a method for collecting and quantifying a host-based virus by a collision method, capable of improving efficiency of rapidly and easily collecting a bacterial virus in air by a collision method using a host. The present invention comprises: a virus collection step for producing a sample by installing a TSA medium collected with bacteria on an air sampler inside a testing chamber, and collecting virus by the air sampler after spraying the virus which has the bacteria as a host in the testing chamber, wherein the TSA medium collected with the bacteria is designed to collect bacteria in the TSA medium by the air sampler; a culturing step for forming a colony by culturing the sample produced by the air sampler; and a calculation step for calculating the number of plaque formed by inhibiting bacterial multiplication by virus infection in the sample after the culturing step.
