摘要

The present invention relates to a preparing method of surface charge switching nano-composite which enhances a contrast effect of a magnetic resonance imaging due to being selectively accumulated by reacting weak acid pH of a lesion site as a tumor. Produced are novel nano-particles which chemically bind a hydrophobic material and surface charge and inserts magnetic oxidized iron particles inside after synthesizing polylysine based on lysine monomer. The produced nano-particles can react only in acidic environment by switching surface charge due to removing in lower acidic environment than in vivo pH. Contrast media is effectively transferred to a lesion site and can maximize contrast effect.
