The present invention relates to refining equipment including a trolley driving in one direction; a container mounted in the trolley, driving in one direction, receiving molten steel inside, and including a gas injecting device in the lower side; a pressure decreasing device arranged in a driving route of the trolley; and a controller controlling a supply of an agitated gas to the gas injecting device. The present invention provides the refining equipment and a refining method capable of continuously refining different materials using the single refining equipment by performing a step of placing the container receiving molten steel in the lower side of the pressure decreasing device; a step of joining the container and the pressure decreasing device; a step of removing a gas component from the molten steel by decreasing an inner pressure of the pressure decreasing device; a step of separating the container and the pressure decreasing device from each other; and a step of removing impurities from the molten steel by injecting the agitated gas to the molten steel.
