The present invention relates to a method for detecting an esophagus disease using high-resolution esophagus impedance manometry, wherein multiple impedance electrodes are arranged at set intervals along an arbitrary position interval in a lengthwise direction. Provided is a method for detecting an esophagus disease using high-resolution esophagus impedance manometry, comprising the steps of: obtaining impedance values from the multiple impedance electrodes respectively for a preset time; obtaining conductance values by inversing the obtained impedance values; obtaining a three-dimensional conductance distribution, which represents changes in conductance depending on positions and time using positions where the impedance electrodes are arranged within the arbitrary position interval, the time and the conductance values; and calculating the whole volume integral value with respect to the three-dimensional conductance distribution. According to the method for detecting an esophagus disease using high-resolution esophagus impedance manometry and an apparatus thereof, the spatiotemporal three-dimensional distribution of conductance is obtained using the inverse values of the impedance of the multiple impedance electrodes included in the high-resolution esophagus impedance manometry, and the efficiency of determining an esophagus disease is enhanced using the same.
