The present invention relates to a method for preparing nanocomposites by using calcium ions and hydrophilic bisphosphonate and a drug carrier using the nanocomposites. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: stirring an aqueous calcium ion (Ca_(2+)) solution and an aqueous hydrophilic bisphosphonate solution to prepare nano-particles; and coating the nano-particles with branched polyethyleneimine (bPEI) and protamine sulfate (PS). The present invention also provides a composition for treatment of osteoporosis, an anti-cancer composition, or a drug carrier composition including the nanocomposites as an active ingredient.
