Provided is a control system for an emergency power system, which includes: a power system data detecting part which is connected to a power system network, and monitors and measures the state thereof; a power system data calculating part which analyzes system data collected by the power system data detecting part to calculate the amount of power required for each region; and a power system control part which moves a floating power generating unit to a power shortage region based on the calculated amount of power.
