The present invention provides the structure of a liquid oxygen tank for a submarine, comprising: an inner container which is filled with liquid oxygen; an outer container for enveloping the inner container; a filling material which fills a space between the inner container and the outer container; a damping member buried in the filling material to envelop the inner container, dividing the filling material into different layers and absorbing external shocks; and a support strap installed in the space and supporting the inner container, the damping member, the outer container, and the damping member. Moreover, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing the liquid oxygen tank for a submarine.
