The present invention relates to a method for producing sulfur pork salami having Allium hookeri added therein. In particular, when salami is produced by using pork, pork having a high content of sulfur raised with processed sulfur feed is used, and Allium hookeri powder having a high content of sulfur is added. According to the present invention, compared to conventional salami, meat is very tender and can be stored for a long time, so excellent quality salami can be produced. Moreover, plenty of sulfur is contained in the salami of the present invention and several sorts of diseases are expected to be prevented, so the salami has excellent effects as a functional food.
