摘要

The present invention relates to a device and method for manufacturing fiber reinforced concrete through shorting after introducing bubbles into normal concrete. The method comprises following steps of: forming fiber mixed concrete by mixing bubbles, a fiber mixed material and a silica fume in the normal concrete, or inserting aggregates, water and bubbles into mixture of cement, the fiber mixed material and the silica fume; spouting high pressure air when the fiber mixed concrete is discharged, thereby reducing excessive air included in the fiber mixed concrete and and shorting the fiber reinforced concrete, wherein a slump sharply increased due to a large amount of bubbles, is reduced to a range of normal concrete slump. Accordingly, productivity of the fiber reinforced concrete is enhanced and a construction period is reduced by a simple construction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
