The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for transforming rice, on which a rice-derived alpha-amylase (RAmy3D) promotor comprised of a base sequence in sequence number 1, and a human trypsin protein-coding gene comprised of a base sequence in sequence number 2 are operably combined. Also, the present invention relates to a rice callus producing recombinant human trypsin protein transformed by the vector, a method for producing recombinant human trypsin by suspension-culturing the transformed rice callus, and the recombinant human trypsin produced by the method. The method for producing the recombinant vector, transformed rice callus, and human trypsin can be useful in a bio-industry.
