The present invention relates to an aptamer capable of specifically binding to vaspin and a biosensor using the same and, more specifically, to an aptamer capable of specifically binding to vaspin and a sandwich-type biosensing method using a dual DNA aptamer. According to the present invention, by using the DNA aptamer capable of specifically binding to vaspin, it is possible to more sensitively detect concentration of the vaspin in blood. A transition in the concentration of vaspin in blood is associated with obesity and a blood glucose metabolism, thereby being able to be used for diagnosing a type 2 diabetes by measuring the concentration of vaspin in blood.
