The present invention relates to a dynamic cross-linking thermoplastic elastomer composition with lower specific gravity for supercritical foaming injection, a method for manufacturing the same, and an outer sole for a shoe using the same. More specifically, the present invention is a modified version of a dynamic cross-linking thermoplastic elastomer composition with enhanced anti-adhesive properties and anti-slip properties, a method for manufacturing the same, and an outer sole for a shoe using the same previously applied (patent application number 10-2013-0043355) by an applicant of the present invention. The present invention is configured to enable supercritical foaming injection without external faults such as a blister or the like by mixing a polybutadiene rubber composition of the previously applied patent with a polymer resin having excellent flowability, and thus manufacture the dynamic cross-linking thermoplastic elastomer composition with lower specific gravity for supercritical foaming injection and the outer sole of a shoe using the same. In addition, the present invention has very excellent debris reducing properties and anti-slip properties while enabling the supercritical foaming injection without the external faults.
