Disclosed are a dynamic frequency hopping and scanning method for compensating impact of frequency change of on-chip oscillator on circuit performance, and a system thereof. The dynamic frequency hopping and scanning system may include: a free running oscillator which is set to generate a clock of a frequency where a reference factor is applied to a reference frequency; and a clock divider which provides a clock of changed frequency by applying a divider factor to the frequency of the clock provided by the free running oscillator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
