The present invention relates to a method for preparing vinegar added with leaves of akebia quinata having antitumor, anti-oxidative and antibacterial activities, manufactured vinegar added with leaves of akebia quinata, and a functional food composition containing the same and, more specifically, to a method for preparing vinegar added with leaves of akebia quinata having antitumor, anti-oxidative and antibacterial activities, manufactured vinegar added with leaves of akebia quinata, and a functional food composition containing the same, which assure that the biological activity of the leaves of the akebia quinata has excellent utilization as the vinegar and a functional material of other foods by making certain that the vinegar manufactured by adding young leaves of the akebia quinata has excellent efficacy in functionality, anti-oxidative activity, + radical inhibitory activity, antitumor activity and antibacterial activity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
