The present invention relates to a geo-pointing accuracy and automatic picture-taking test device and the methodology of airborne EO/IR payload. The device includes a vibrationless vehicle which minimizes the vibration of a vehicle, a camera installing unit which is manufactured to install a camera for an airplane and is formed in the vibrationless vehicle, and a control part which controls the vibrationless vehicle and the camera. Required costs can be reduced since airplane installation and operation are not required unlike the evaluation of directional performance by installing the camera in the airplane.
