The present invention relates to an online education and consulting system using real time question and answer which performs education and consulting in real time by real time communication between a questioner who subscribes to a social network service and a lecturer who is connected to the social network service. The system comprises: a lecturer registering unit (110) which receives registration of a lecturer; a question data area generating unit (120) which registers the lecturer; a question generating unit (130); an alarm unit (140) which requests an answer to the lecturer in real time through an alarm of question information; and a study data area generating unit (150) which generates a study data area.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
