An athlete marathon training system according to the present invention comprises: a treadmill unit including a frame, a belt, a speed controllable operation motor, and a rotation roller set connected and rotated with the operation motor and having the belt mounted thereon; an actuator unit for determining a posture of the frame; an interface unit including an information display unit for displaying setting information and an input unit; an image display unit for displaying an image transmitted from a controller unit in a first person view point or a third person view point; and a controller unit for determining an operation speed of the operation motor, a change of an actuator unit, and images shown in an image display unit. The controller unit includes an exercise course information file, a mapping data file, a file system having a user information file recorded therein, a current user position calculating unit, a speed control unit, a posture control unit, and an image treating unit, and the same are synchronized and operated together. Moreover, the athlete marathon training system further comprises: an oxygen supply unit for performing a function of maintaining a particular level of oxygen concentration in a compartment structure and in compartments; an air pressure adjusting unit for performing a function of adjusting air pressure in compartments; and an ocher far-infrared ray discharge unit in compartments. Each component is fed back and controlled.
