The present invention relates to an electroencephalogram/heart rate based content recommending system using wireless communication and a content recommendation method thereof. According to the present invention, the electroencephalogram/heart rate based content recommending system includes a electroencephalogram/heart rate sensing headset and a content playback device linked to each other through wireless communication. The electroencephalogram/heart rate sensing headset includes: a brain wave sensing unit which senses brain waves; a heart rate sensing unit sensing the heart rate; and a wireless headset communication unit which transmits a brain wave signal sensed by the brain wave sensing unit and the heart rate signal sensed by the heart rate sensing unit through wireless communication. The content playback device includes: a wireless device communication unit which receives the brain wave and heart rate signals transmitted from the electroencephalogram/heart rate sensing headset; a measurement status data generation unit which generates the measurement status data by extracting at least one measurement heart rate variable and at least one measurement brain wave variable from the brain wave and heart rate signals; a registration data set storage unit which has multiple registration status data sets corresponding to multiple human conditions which are registered to respectively include at least one registration brain wave variable and at least one registration heart rate variable; a status determination unit which compares the measurement status data and the registration status data sets to determine the current status; and a recommended content determining unit which extracts the predetermined content appropriate for the current status determined by the status determining unit and provides the content.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
