The present invention is to form a waterproof structure at a place requiring floor waterproof, such as a washroom or balcony using a dry method. The waterproof structure includes straight members (100) installed on a slab (S) prior to plaster work, thereby forming a waterproof area and having the top surface; corner members (200) connecting the straight members (100); and a waterproof cloth (300) made of a waterproof sheet and installed in the waterproof area formed by the straight members (100) and the corner members (200), in which the bottom surface is provided on the slab (S), and an end is folded so that a corner (310) is provided on the top surface of the straight member (100) and the top surface of the corner member (200). Since the waterproof cloth (300) forms a container with an opened upper portion, the waterproof structure can be formed on the spot by the dry method. The straight member (100) and the corner member (200) are formed with sealing grooves (110, 210), and a sealing member (400) is fastened to the sealing grooves (110, 210), with the waterproof cloth (300) being interposed inbetween. The waterproof cloth (300) is brought into contact with the straight member (100) and the corner member (200).
