The present invention relates to a method of detecting temperature using a temperature-sensitized nanoprobe which includes a step of inserting nanoprobes of which surface is coated with a hydrophilic polymer coating agent into a human body through a blood vessel, a step of emitting a light source of a preset range to a human tissue region where the nanoprobes are distributed and detecting a beam which penetrates the nanoprobes or is reflected by the nanoprobes by using a photo detector, and a step of detecting the internal temperature change of the human body by detecting a light absorption wavelength range characteristic from the split beams.
