The present invention relates to a marker for identifying varieties of rice which shows polymorphism with regard to varieties of rice being domestically distributed in Korea; to an identification method of varieties of rice; and to a kit including the marker. Specifically, the present invention selects a combination of microsatellite markers which show high polymorphism with regard to 300 varieties of rice being domestically distributed, and allows varieties of rice domestically cultivated to be identified using the combination of microsatellite markers. A molecular marker for the identification of varieties of rice used in the method of the present invention can identify 300 varieties of rice domestically cultivated. Therefore, the marker of the present invention can be very practically used in various fields such as investigation in the genuineness of varieties of rice, the inspection of hybrids during the production of certificated seeds and original seeds, the selection of a control group of varieties of rice, the verification of violation of variety protection rights in an application for the protection of a variety of rice, etc.
