Disclosed are a method and a device for exposing an advertisement based on a user behavior. An embodiment of the method for exposing an advertisement based on a user behavior comprises the steps of detecting a keyword corresponding to a web page from a database, and exposing an advertisement related to the detected keyword. Here, the database stores at least one keyword corresponding to the web page, and the at least one keyword is previously provided based on actions performed by existing users who have accessed the web page.
