The present invention relates to a folding type and standing type portable folding electronic communication device. A support frame which supports a flexible display could be folded in an electronic product and a communication device such as a TV, a laptop, a table PC, a mobile phone, a game machine, or a camera comprising the flexible display or a flexible memory. The support frame is rolled or folded and is inserted into a space formed on a fixing axis body. A user controls the width of a screen and easily carries the portable folding electronic communication device. The portable folding electronic communication device used as a multipurpose folding holder is connected to the fixing axis body with a hinge to fold a support and a holder on the back surface and the front surface of the fixing axis body.
