The present invention relates to a self-management diary which allows a user to review and examine yearly or monthly planned self-management objectives based on a week, thereby helping the user to achieve the objectives. The self-management diary comprises: seven daily sections indicating one week in a horizontal direction, wherein a time section showing hours of a day is displayed in an upper portion of each of the daily sections; a weekly section for displaying days of a week and a self-management checking section for displaying self-management items, which are on the left of the daily sections in the vertical direction; a things to-do section for displaying todays things to-do, which is arranged on the right of the self-management checking section, wherein a check column for checking completion of things to-do is provided in the things to-do section; and a memo section having a separated check column in which memos are displayed and and a vision section in which objectives, dreams, and visions are entered, which are displayed at the foot of the daily sections.
